Harassment in the workplace #MeToo with CIPD

The impact of #Metoo is still being felt in workplaces with many employees now feeling empowered to raise grievances and bring claims. This session looks at strategies that can be used by employers to manage harassment complaints post #Metoo. It will consider reputational and legal risks of using non-disclosure agreements and confidentiality clauses in settlement discussions.
