Our speakers:

Wendy Lambert is the Partner in charge of all the Non-contentious legal work at BCR Law. She is a Jersey qualified solicitor with over 25 years of experience in providing legal advice to Jersey businesses and individuals. She is described as “First-Class” by legal directories. Her areas of focus are on non-contentious employment law for employers, commercial property and corporate and commercial work. She also offers expertise in the legislative framework governing business migration and business set up in Jersey.

Advocate Michelle Leverington is a Partner and Head of Residential Property at BCR Law. Michelle acts in the purchase and sale of properties, including those owned through share transfer and flying freehold structures. She also deals with the administration of probates including estates involving complex assets such as family run businesses and resolving disputes between family members. Additionally, Michelle supports Wendy in dealing with non-contentious employment and data protection work for employers.
