“Emma clearly understood my wish for a civilised divorce that would not create unpleasantness and kept this in mind throughout the process, while also ensuring during negotiations that I was not a pushover. I am not unhappy with the settlement and am grateful for Emma’s professional and attentive approach.” – Family Law client 2022

“It’s a relief to finally get some resolution to this and I can now start a new chapter. You’ve been so helpful and I can only thank you wholeheartedly for your assistance and understanding.” – Family Law client 2022

“I’m hugely indebted to you for …. listening to me and giving me a voice where previously I felt alone unheard and that my opinion neither counted or mattered. I cannot tell you not only how very different it made a very scary situation and the intimidation of being in the Royal Court feel. I could not have asked more of you and given the circumstances it’s fair to say you did far more than meet expectation. Thank you seems so insufficient but I will say it again.” – Family Law client 2021

“Emma Wakeling is professional, hardworking, honest and practical in the advice she gives. She has been very supportive with my case and is always willing to answer any questions I have. Emma has made complex legal terms easy for me to understand. She has carefully explained each step, enabling me to feel less anxious about my situation. Her expertise in this area has given me confidence that I am in very safe hands. Whilst remaining professional and focused on legal matters, she is very supportive and understanding of the emotional impact of such a case.” – Legal 500 2020
