Francesca Pinel is an Advocate within the Litigation team specialising in Criminal Law.
Francesca has broad experience, with particular expertise in criminal law. She has been involved in cases across the criminal spectrum; including driving and drinking offences through to serious sexual cases and cases of fraud. As well as this, she has experience in Trust disputes, employment law matters, and has had involvement in commercial litigation concerning contract and negligence claims.
Prior to joining BCR Law in September 2020, Francesca spent almost nine years working at two local law firms.
Francesca graduated and subsequently completed the Bar Professional Training Course in 2011. She was admitted as a Barrister in the United Kingdom in March 2016, and admitted as an Advocate of the Royal Court of Jersey in February 2018.
Francesca is a member of the Jersey Law Society and was one of the founding members of the Jersey Junior Lawyers Association in 2014. She is a member of the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple, and has qualified as an accredited mediator with the ADR Group.
Francesca speaks English, moderate Spanish and basic French.
