Kelsi Rendell is a legal assistant in the Wills and Probate department at BCR Law.
Kelsi primarily works with Partner Advocate Michelle Leverington providing both administrative and client support across a wide range of matters.
Along with the drafting of wills for both local and offshore clients, Kelsi specialises in all aspects of estate administration from advising on Jersey’s probate procedures to obtaining Jersey Grants of Probate for full, fast track and foreign estates. Kelsi is also familiar with both Delegateship administration and clients under power of attorney.
Kelsi joined BCR Law in May 2018 having worked at another leading firm in Jersey where she gained experience across a range of practice areas including litigation, employment and non-contentious trust work.
Kelsi obtained her degree in Criminology from the University of Portsmouth in 2012 before obtaining her Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP university in 2016.
