Overview
Kelsi is a Jersey Solicitor (Écrivain) in the Wills and Probate department at BCR Law LLP. In her role, Kelsi primarily works with Advocates David Benest and Emma Wakeling providing both administrative and client support across a wide range of matters.
Kelsi has over ten years’ experience specialising in the drafting of Wills for both local and non-resident clients, estate administration and capacity matters. Her expertise lies in the application of local and international probate applications and the administration of local estates.
Kelsi joined BCR Law in May 2018 having worked at another leading firm in Jersey where she gained experience across a range of practice areas including litigation, employment and non-contentious trust work.

- Admitted as an Ecrivain to the Royal Court of Jersey in December 2023
- Degree in Criminology, University of Portsmouth
- Graduate Diploma in Law, BPP University
