In addition to advising upon a range of general banking related matters, BCR Law advises corporates, limited partnerships, trustees and custodians (primarily on the borrower side) and banks and other financial institutions (on the lender side) in connection with their entry into all the various different types of facilities agreements (secured, unsecured bilateral or syndicated etc) and other related financing agreements, the taking and enforcement of Jersey security interests and should this become necessary, upon restructuring matters. Often also being asked to provide Jersey legal opinions in connection with the same.
