Overview

The regulatory environment continues to grow, resulting in increasingly demanding and complex obligations for businesses and individuals across all sectors. We understand the need for the often technically complex regulatory requirements to be presented in a clear and commercial manner.

BCR Law’s multi-disciplinary regulatory team covers both contentious civil and criminal matters and non-contentious regulatory matters in Jersey, with a focus on providing an efficient and personalised service appropriately tailored to your needs, budget and time restraints. The team is headed up by partner Advocate Adam Harrison. On the non-contentious side it comprises Wendy Lambert (partner), Advocate Michelle Leverington (partner), Advocate James O’Grady, English Solicitor Ashley Quenault and legal assistant Ben Channing.
